    • Brian Beatty became licensed in 2006 and has been ranked in the Top 1% of all Realtors in Charleston, SC since 2009. After earning Entrepreneur of the Year in Charleston, SC in 2006 for creating an online real estate marketing company he obtained his real estate license. 3 years after being in the business and at the young age of 24 Brian had already propelled himself to the top 1% of Agents in Charleston, SC where he has remained ever since.

      In 2011, Brian was the #1 Agent in the Southeastern US for # of transactions and sales volume. Now, Brian runs one of the most successful real estate Teams in Charleston, SC, is a national real estate coach, local investor, private money lender, and host of The Brian Beatty Real Estate Show, which can be heard Saturdays at 9am and Sundays at 10am on 1250 WTMA.

      Brian comes from a multi-generational real estate background focused on property management, leasing, and development. He lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Julie, their daughter, Ellie, and their son, Nolan. Aside from his love of real estate, Brian enjoys spending time on the water, fishing, golfing, staying in shape, and experiencing all the Low Country has to offer.

    • Jon Bischoff, a veteran in Property Management with more than 26 years of experience in ensuring profitability and developing strong Investor, Tenant, and Vendor relationships. Jon has a strong knowledge of principles and practices of Property Management in both commercial and residential properties.

      He currently lives in Summerville with his wife Brandy and their dogs Bailey, a beagle, and Bear, an English Cocker Spaniel. He enjoys spending time outside with his family as much as possible and loves to hunt and fish when the opportunity arises.
